MAPOLY TO RESUME JAN. 18 REITRATES STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

In line with the official declaration for students to resume on Monday, 18th January, 2021, the Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta hereby reiterates absolute compliance with all COVID-19 protocols.

It further warns that no entry would be granted to anyone into the campus without strict adherence to the preventive measures to curtail the spread of coronavirus.

As students resume on Monday, January 18, 2021, there must be observance of proactive and preventive measures upon the looming second wave of COVID-19 pandemic within the Polytechnic.

By this development, all Full-time National Diploma students will attend lectures between 8:00am and 12 noon.

Similarly, all Higher National Diploma students will have lectures from 1:00pm while all Part-time students National Diploma and Higher National Diploma will receive lectures from 3pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

Therefore, all National Diploma Full-time students are to vacate the school premises before 1:00pm daily.

As initially established, Members of Staff, Students and other stakeholders are to take cognizance of the following:

  • Regular hand washing
  • Compulsory wearing of nose mask
  • Using of hand sanitizer
  • Maintaining Physical/Social distancing etc.

Everyone is, therefore, encouraged to have pocket sized sanitizer for ease of application.

Also, members of staff should avoid inter-office visitations or conversations except for official purposes, as defaulters of any preventive measures would be sanctioned.

Moreover, Students are advised to complete thier registration and acquaint themselves with the abridged academic calendar for the 2nd Semester, 2019/2020 academic session.

Furthermore, the online learning platform via lms.mapolyng.com will be available to complement the in-person lectures in compliance with the covid-19 protocol.
